"I've been with Jason Hertel - State Farm Ins in Madras, OR for 6 years. They've been the best insurance company that I've ever worked with. Everyone in the office have been so friendly & kind to work with and very responsive to your calls and questions. I truly do believe that they care about you and your situation from several personal experiences I've had with them, with the most recent one being a phone call. It was a very hard and troubling phone call for me asking why rates go up when I've never had a ticket or accident, and letting them know on my small fixed Social Security income I no longer could afford the insurance, and I have to search for a lower rate elsewhere. That thought really saddened me because I truly do like that office. Then Austin asked me if I'd like them to reevaluate my policy and rate. I never heard of that before, and said sure. So he had me sign a paper with my consent to have that done. The result totally shocked me. They brought my rate down $180. That was one of those moments you think, "Thats Too Good To Be True", but it was true and totally made my day. I was so happy I didn't have to find and leave this company for another. That rate decrease brought me pretty close to what it was when I first joined their office 6 years ago. They also offer a Medicare Medical Supplement Ins. that eventually I'd like to get, but just couldn't afford at the moment. I don't know if they carry other medical insurance, but it never hurts to ask. Overall, I think they are a great office with a Wonderful and Caring Team, and I would highly recommend them!
