"Getting greedy, jacking up people's bill during the holidays to suit there personal agent needs. Every 6 months they keep raising my insurance rates and when asked why, it's because parts for my older cars are expensive she said. I told her, I have liability, you don't pay for parts if I get in a wreck, you just pay for my tow. So then she proceeded to say well it's because of other people... I interrupted n told her I'm not responsible for other people, just myself. I should not have to pay for other people's mistakes.when I was told to Stay away from Madras Farmers Insurance, I should have listen to them."
