"We have entrusted all of our policies to Jason Hertel State Farm in Madras for nearly 15 years. He and his team are excellent! Home, auto, life, etc—they provide great coverage. All of his staff are professional & personable. The few times we’ve unfortunately had a claim, Jason and team have taken great care of us. I imagine you might be able to hunt down a lower rate online… but I wouldn’t risk it. Having a hometown agent who cares and a longstanding company like SF matters—they’re there for you when you need them most. Highly recommend!"
