I can do many things for this team, but my primary role is signing up new customers, and customer service. I am licensed to help with Auto Insurance, Home and Renters Insurance, Business Insurance, as well as Life and Health Insurance. I really enjoy helping people with all of their insurance needs. Insurance can be a complex industry - I can provide great value to our customers by taking whatever time is needed to help them understand what they are buying or already paying for. When I am not helping customers with insurance needs, I enjoy barbecueing, working in the yard, and spending time with family. I have been with Jason Hertel State Farm since 2014 after graduating from The University of Phoenix. My primary role in the office includes helping existing customers obtain insurance, marketing, and signing up new customers. Many of our customers want help in protecting what is most important to them – Family! Life Insurance is a great way to accomplish this. I am passionate about our local agriculture. I am a 4th generation Madras local and active with the Madras FFA Alumni. My husband, Mikko, and I stay busy outside of the office raising 3 active boys with a love of the outdoors.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three teenage boys who are passionate about sports and keep life exciting and busy. My husband and I enjoy supporting them in everything they do, whether it’s practices, games, or school activities.
